The product is outstanding and my order was delivered in a timely manner however, the cooling packs were all melted. The drinks did not go bad, thankfully. They were basically a tad cooler than room temperature, a few more hours would have been problematic. My order arrived in 3 days. Since this is a perishable item maybe aim for 2 days tops.
