I love Koia, and I love the ease of subscription! The only problem with my order is that both times I've received it so far, the ice packs have melted in transit and it's warm. I know it's hard for FedEx to keep things cool in the Texas heat. It hasn't gone bad, but I'm worried a future shipment will.
