We love the Koia products. We ordered the 12 pack of the Cinnamon Borchata. It was the 2nd time we have ordered. The first time arrived in only a few days. We did not realize that they do not ship on certain days of the week, so the 2nd time the order took more time to be packaged. When we finally got the tracking number FedEx said it would arrive end of day on Wednesday, but it didn’t make it. Finally thursday at 11am we saw the truck, and were glad the product was still good and we were happy. Thanks Koia.
