I recently ordered a gift box from Koko Black for my wife’s birthday. It never arrived so I called and they apologised as they had missed the order. They said they would send an extra box to us to make up for the missed birthday but only the original order arrived about ten days after my wife’s birthday was past. Nice chocs but the express delivery I paid for didn’t help. No extra chocs either
