I am assuming the experience was excellent, because I know your quality. However, perhaps your survey ought to take in the fact that chocolates are often sent as gifts and that unfortunately we, who live in Italy and gifted the chocolates to friends and family in Melbourne, did not get to sample anything! Perhaps your review requests could be more nuanced to reflect such differences?
