The chocolate is nothing short of SPECTACULAR! I'm never disappointed. High-quality chocolate, great falvours, and a wonderful selection. Koko is my absolute go-to for gifts to chocolate connoiseurs, and my own favourite indulgence whenever I feel like somethign special :) The custoemr service is also fabulous - absolutely doesn't compare to anyone in any industry (truly). I had some dealings with Bec recently and she was you’re helpful, clear in her communication, patient and took the time to respond to my specific enquiry (no template emails here!). She also you demonstrated that the feedback I sent was acted on and was prompt in responding. Not to mention a great personality - absolute asset to the team :)
