A superb service. I made four different orders from Koko Black. I live in the UK and the recipients live in Melbourne, Australia. They were all delighted with their Christmas gifts and were at pains to tell me how well packaged and cool the chocolates were considering the hot weather in Melbourne. On one order I made a mistake. I forgot to include a note that I had sent the gift. I contacted Koko B and a super- efficient member of the team sorted out the problem. Thank you.
