Placed several orders of Koko Black as Xmas gifts for family interstate. Their service was amazing and the chocolates were very well received by family. Big shout out to Koko Black’s amazing service, packaging and delivery updates for which ensured the chocolates arrived promptly and in perfect condition!! Regular delivery status notifications were excellent with updates and photos confirming delivery. Such an excellent customer experience. I will definitely recommend Koko Black and order again.
