I ordered a click & collect gift package via the Karrinyup store.
Unfortunately, despite me contacting Koko Black Customer Service, twice over several days, the on-going IT issues advised me that all items were out of stock which was incorrect.
Fortunately I called the Karrinyup store who provided excellent customer service. The items were indeed available in-store and I was able to secure the items on time, for a special gift to an elderly relative, who was very happy with her Koko Black Chocolates.
Koko Black needs to fix the IT stock issues for click & collect customers. It should not be the responsibility of the customer to have to make so many calls to resolve an internal IT issue.
