I ordered for a family member's birthday, the order arrived incomplete so he didn't get his full birthday present on the day. When I contacted Koko Black they sent the rest of the order. I'll definitely have second thoughts about buying from them again, especially when sending gifts to others. I think he liked the chocolates though.
