I placed a large Easter order from the Easter section of the website. I was going to get eggs but the chocolate gift boxes were so pretty with the easter boxes that I ordered 4 of those, as were the little eggs cubes with native animals. I received plain green and white chocolate boxes and rabbit egg cubes. When I wrote back saying this was not what I ordered I was told: that you had more rabbit cubes than others so chose to send me those and that the easter boxes were only if I personalised them. I replied and said I had had personalised boxes before and that was with a personal message, the reply I then got was that was that, yes, that was what personalised meant, and I should just rebuy the products if I did not want the plain boxes or maybe easter covers could be organised but they cost more and I could not pay virtually for these. I am so disappointed with what I received and the service, especially from such a lovely brand
