In spite of ordering over $100 of Easter eggs more than 3 weeks before Easter …. And inspite of multiple notifications of impending delivery … our order was canceled and refunded 2 days prior to Easter. We originally chose to purchase from Koko Black due to their reputation for excellent chocolate and the availability of lactose free products. This Easter is the first time we’ve been together with family in over 14 months. Now there are no special treats to gift. What is an Easter without eggs? So very disappointed.
