Chocolates were good. Unfortunately your customer service wasn’t the best. The order I needed to get to NQ took 2 weeks because of this and I ordered chocolate for a special event that never arrived in time. Was a total waste. Your staff were too concerned with not checking my order then actually looking into it. The chocolates sat for 9 days in your store before I finally convinced someone to check the status. And this was only after I said I’d dispute the payment.
