Koko black were amazing at helping organise my staff Christmas hampers. Two went missing in the mail and they immediately sent replacements which arrived in time for our Christmas function. The quality of the products is always good but the customer service is above and beyond amazing! I'll definitely be using them again for staff and customer gifts (and for myself!).
