Choc was good, however one of the worse customer service I had ever experienced. Those at the stores mostly beautiful and helpful, but the one at head office Coburg north, online customer service was appalling. I never had problem buying at the stores in the past, however I chose to buy online because I have a new born with me, totally unhelpful and I don’t wish to go through that again. PLS BE AWARE IF YOU CHOOSE TO BUY ONLINE AND HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICES, YOU WONT GET MUCH HELP! I will never choose Koko Black as my Christmas gifts for my clients in the future because of the bad experience, many nice choc stores around Melbourne provide excellent customers service.
