Thank you for making such beautiful chocolates!
The reason I took off one star is because of the sprinkle of sea salt on 6 of the chocolates. Some of the sea salt pieces were a bit too chunky for my liking and I ended up having to scrape the sea salt off. But it is all personal taste. I loved all the other pieces.
