I bought a beach bag for a secret Santa gift and foolishly I requested the wrong initials on the bag, so when it arrived and I double checked the order it was apparent it was my fault. I emailed the team and they corrected the issue free of charge (Christmas and all that) and returned it to me well in time for Christmas. Really friendly emails, quick responses, and all in all a great service. On top of all that, the bag itself is great, the quality is on point and it looks great. Really happy with the product and the service.
