“I bought a beach bag for a secret Santa gift and foolishly I requested the wrong initials on the bag, so when it arrived and I double checked the order it was apparent it was my fault. I emailed the team and they corrected the issue free of charge (Christmas and all that) and returned it to me well in time for Christmas. Really friendly emails, quick responses, and all in all a great service. On top of all that, the bag itself is great, the quality is on point and it looks great. Really happy with the product and the service.”

“Really disappointed with this company, I placed an order for a personalised anniversary gift for my wife. I was advised it had been sent via Royal Mail with a tracking number. No such tracking number actually existed on the RM website! Contacted Koko Blossom after five days to request info where the gift was and if it did not arrive on time I would request my money back. After 3 days I am still awaiting a response! The gift arrived this morning, 2 days after our anniversary! Because it did not arrive on time I had to rush out and buy another gift on the day and before we went away, terrible service. The gift itself is also overpriced for the quality.
In summary, communication 1/10, delivery 0/10, customer satisfaction 0/10. Based on my experience I would not use or recommend Koko Blossom. I had to give them one star in order to post a review.”
