“Ordered a song lyrics tea towel for daughter's 2nd wedding anniversary. Will be embarrassed to give it to her. Poor quality cotton and song lyrics not even printed correctly. Cockeyed. Paid £20 for the privilege!! Not straight. All slanting. Can't return it apparently as it's personalised.”

“Really disappointed with this company, I placed an order for a personalised anniversary gift for my wife. I was advised it had been sent via Royal Mail with a tracking number. No such tracking number actually existed on the RM website! Contacted Koko Blossom after five days to request info where the gift was and if it did not arrive on time I would request my money back. After 3 days I am still awaiting a response! The gift arrived this morning, 2 days after our anniversary! Because it did not arrive on time I had to rush out and buy another gift on the day and before we went away, terrible service. The gift itself is also overpriced for the quality.
In summary, communication 1/10, delivery 0/10, customer satisfaction 0/10. Based on my experience I would not use or recommend Koko Blossom. I had to give them one star in order to post a review.”
