Customer service surpasses that of any other company I have ever dealt with. Firstly, it is so refreshing to be able to talk to a human instantly on the phone. Secondly, every person I have spoken to in Kollect has been genuinely personable, helpful and understanding, and this is without exception. This is obviously the high standard that is set by management and one I hope is never let to slip as it is what sets this company apart from all others.
