Purchased a gaming laptop on Black Friday intended as a Christmas gift. I waited a week or so to get an update as it was still being "processed". I sent an email but I did not receive an update for a significant amount of time after my email to them. ONLY to be told that the stock was discontinued. I was then offered a laptop it could be swapped with which I thought was a nice gesture due to the fact that I had waited for so long and I would not have enough time to order a new one before Christmas. BUT then I was told I had to pay the additional difference despite having waited 20 days for an update. Now I have no Christmas gift. I could have picked from other great black Friday deals at different websites. Having worked in customer experience, this is one of the worst services I have ever had and I will be telling anyone I have told in the past to buy elsewhere.
