Råttor! Köp inte här. De husslar dig på pengar vid avbetalningsplaner och främst ändringar av avbetalningsplaner där de är riktigt fula. Finns ingen support om du har problem med något av dina köp. Behöver du lämna tillbaka en produkt så lovar dom att de står för frakten men det går inte att få tillbaka pengarna för frakten du betala. 1000 kr förlorade jag trotts att prudokten jag skicka tillbaka var i ny skick. 1000 kr till i räntekostnader ska jag betala nu för de undanhållt restkostnader från köpet jag gjorde. Lång historia kort. Riktigt fula är de. Handla på Inet istället.

Ordered a laptop from them, that was supposed to ship a week and a half after I ordered. Got an email every day in between the order date and the supposed shipping date postponing it by an additional day. Rang them four days after the original shipping date and they said they actually wouldn't receive the laptop for another month. They could have updated me on this through there website or by email instead they were just going to keep sending me automated emails everyday delaying it by an additional day for a full month. I had originally sent them an email query asking for an update but they only responded to my emails when I called them. Horrible service.

I ordered a computer case from Komplett.ie. The case arrived on time but without the top panel, the box was also damaged just beside the top panel as if someone had reached in to get it out. I wrote to customer service immediately about this and got an auto reply stating they would be in touch within 2 days. It took them a week to reply. They then requested that i fill in a returns form on their website and it may be accepted, this reponse marked the issue resolved by customer service. "After completion of the form your request will be reviewed. Upon acceptance you will receive a link to arrange UPS collection of your product and print a return label. This service ticket will be marked resolved. Upon completion of the returns form, you will receive a new return reference number. " At this time i had built the pc as i needed it for work. I believe komplett knew the product wasnt complete and waited to respond knowing that the part was most likely needed and to return the whole case after a week would be very inconvenient. After stating my dissatisfaction with this outcome, i recieved a very sarcastic message from their customer service rep stating "Dear Daire. Sorry to hear that. I wish you a great day nevertheless. Kind regards," To order the part myself will cost just over 30 euro on the cooler master website with shipping included. Ive left a review on their website about this but it hasnt been displayed. Very disappointing experience with this website as a whole, would recommend anyone to stay away.

Purchased a gaming laptop on Black Friday intended as a Christmas gift. I waited a week or so to get an update as it was still being "processed". I sent an email but I did not receive an update for a significant amount of time after my email to them. ONLY to be told that the stock was discontinued. I was then offered a laptop it could be swapped with which I thought was a nice gesture due to the fact that I had waited for so long and I would not have enough time to order a new one before Christmas. BUT then I was told I had to pay the additional difference despite having waited 20 days for an update. Now I have no Christmas gift. I could have picked from other great black Friday deals at different websites. Having worked in customer experience, this is one of the worst services I have ever had and I will be telling anyone I have told in the past to buy elsewhere.

The laptop arrived on time in Ireland as promised and I am completely satisfied with it. I bought Lenovo, IdeaPad 3, it is very slim, fast and works extremely well as per the description on Komplett web site.

Avoid at all costs Terrible customer service - took over 13 days to respond to a query, over a month to deliver and when the item arrived - it did not work Worst consumer experience I have ever had Brian

Avoid. My order was supposed to take 3 days. I emailed after 5 and received a job number. I called after 10 and nothing had been dispatched. No follow up at Komplett. I wanted a refund for the expensive item that they didn't send, but I was promised an investigation. The investigation is supposed to discover why no item was dispatched, just why, and it will take 5 days to discover why. No refund before the investigation is over. To be fair if it only takes 5 days it will be twice as fast as the non dispatch of my item. Avoid avoid avoid.
