I ordered a computer case from Komplett.ie. The case arrived on time but without the top panel, the box was also damaged just beside the top panel as if someone had reached in to get it out. I wrote to customer service immediately about this and got an auto reply stating they would be in touch within 2 days. It took them a week to reply. They then requested that i fill in a returns form on their website and it may be accepted, this reponse marked the issue resolved by customer service. "After completion of the form your request will be reviewed. Upon acceptance you will receive a link to arrange UPS collection of your product and print a return label. This service ticket will be marked resolved. Upon completion of the returns form, you will receive a new return reference number. " At this time i had built the pc as i needed it for work. I believe komplett knew the product wasnt complete and waited to respond knowing that the part was most likely needed and to return the whole case after a week would be very inconvenient. After stating my dissatisfaction with this outcome, i recieved a very sarcastic message from their customer service rep stating "Dear Daire. Sorry to hear that. I wish you a great day nevertheless. Kind regards," To order the part myself will cost just over 30 euro on the cooler master website with shipping included. Ive left a review on their website about this but it hasnt been displayed. Very disappointing experience with this website as a whole, would recommend anyone to stay away.
