I just received my Classic Shift in 14k gold finish, and love it so far. I wore it to work yesterday and received many compliments. My only regret is not ordering the heavier chain; I work with high needs children and am worried that the standard chain may break. One of the children was very drawn to the Shift, and he actually used it to co-regulate when he was upset yesterday, with great success!
