It filled pretty much every expectation I had. I bought it to sort of help transition to not vaping and to help with my anxiety, the latter which it was actually advertised for. It helped for both. Love the color (I got pink) and the design, which lets me sleep wearing it. Would recommend to anyone looking to reduce anxiety and control heart rate.
