I once learned of this method of relaxation when on a flight a friend of mine took out a straw and started to blow out of it. She later explained what it was for and when I saw your ad I thought, this must be better than a straw. And it is. I bought one for her, one for me and one for another anxious friend. I am fascinated by what a simple thing can bring so much tranquility.
