The classic shift and the chain it comes with are great quality and makes for a nice piece of jewelry. I do not usually wear necklaces and appreciate that it does not stand out too much. I do notice a subtle but noticeable difference compared to when I breathe through a normal straw or without a tool in the way it guides your exhale to exactly 8-10 seconds.
