I bought the shift as a gift and I also purchased the copy of 10 breaths thinking it was an instruction booklet. After the transaction was complete, I soon realized it was a download to "my email" address so that part cannot be gifted.
I called your customer service department, no one answered but I left a detailed message since it said someone would get back to me within 24 hours.
It has now been nearly a week and still no answer.....
