I work in the mental health field and I have tried a couple of these breathing tools because I have recommended them to my clients. Komuso is by far the best I have tried. It works very effectively to slow down the exhale, much more so than other brands. Unfortunately, the cost is prohibitive for many of my clients. I wish they would offer bundles for professionals or those who want to share this great tool with others. All that said - you cannot go wrong with this tool!
