I was very skeptical about the Komuso before I purchased it. However, I am so glad I did. When I use it, I can literally feel my body relaxing. I have severe PTSD/panic/anxiety issues and this has been so helpful. I like that it's not another medication, I am on enough of those for my PTSD anxiety/panic issues. It's not a miracle fix, but it does help me get into the mindset of slowing my breathing so I can calm down. I use it all the time, and everywhere, and no one can tell what it is because it's so discreet. 5 stars from me.
