I am in the process of quit smoking and the concept of the Komuso sounded perfect. A healthy replacement to a bad vice and it helps you relieve anxiety. Perfect! I However I find there is no resistance when you breathe through the device. It’s like just taking a normal breath with or without the Komuso. I was very much looking forward to the benefits of the Komuso so I am disappointed it didn’t work out.
