Is it a glorified straw, yes. Is it worth it, yes. I’m using it to focus on breath work and to quit smoking. For me, a straw would just not do the job. This is lovely, I like the weight of it, and it’s the perfect tool to replace the ritual of smoking with the ritual of intentional breathing.
