I have been using my Shift (sterling silver) for a few days now. I am absolutely blown away. I have my degree in Neuroscience and let me tell you, I was ecstatic to find that Komuso exists. I suffer from chronic anxiety and depression. I also am on my journey to quit vaping. The research, concept, culture, and availability of a tool like this is life changing for me. I have told my friends, family, and even my therapist about Komuso. Do not underestimate breathing... it is what gives us life. We can take control. Bless you creators of Komuso!!!
