I bought this to help stop smoking. The design is well done but from a smoker's point of view, having a restriction on inhaling is the habit I am trying to beat and this doesn't have that option. I try and place my finger to help create the needed resistance. All in all a good product that may work great for stress and stuff but needs a bit of work or a dedicated smoking version maybe
