Highly recommend! I started smoking again in the past year, after having quit for 16. With vaping being practically odorless and convenient, it’s been harder to quit. My personal health is important to me, and quitting smoking was a must- I figured I can’t NOT afford to purchase this and try it out. My health and freedom from a bad habit is definitely worth $85. In the first day, I reduced cravings by 50%, and have continued to cut back each day since. I’m confident that in a week, I’ll be done with smoking. I’ll definitely continue using Shift even after, as it’s a nice reminder to engage in mindful breathing exercises. It’s high quality craftsmanship makes it a nice accessory and I’ve recommended it to others already!
