I was very impressed with actual design of the Shift. The details in the stamping, the hinged 'hanger', the weight and feel. After 42 years of smoking, it was a great comfort those first few days. I also suffer from high performance anxiety and learning the new way of breathing helped a lot with that. I received many compliments on it. I liked the way the company followed up with encouraging emails after my purchase and the packing was way more than I ever expected. Unfortunately, I had to return it. Even though I had ordered the Stainless Steel it still had a high nickel alloy and I have a nickel allergy. The return process was super easy and the customer service was outstanding. I would highly recommend this product to anyone suffering from anxiety or wanting to stop smoking.
