Possibly the worst customer service. I emailed three times about an order that was confirmed and listed as in-stock. Almost a month went by with no communication and then finally when I responded to a marketing email I was told the product was out of stock and all emails are responded to within 48 hours. I sent a screenshot of the three emails from my sent box over the last three weeks and was still told they had no record of them. Finally a refund was generated for a product never received.
