While I really like the design and aesthetic of the Koko, the inspiration and intent of Komuso, as well as the TKM courses, I was highly disappointed by the ability of customer service to effectively inform me regarding shipping, even after repeated requests, and I am highly dissatisfied with the overall shipping process and length.
Because of these reasons, I am highly unlikely to be a return customer.
That’s a real shame, because, again the product is outstanding.
