I'm hoping the komuso shift is effective for others, but it honestly hasn't helped me. It feels restrictive to me. I actually find more of a benefit from just breathing that same way without it... the long exhale. I visualize all the stress leaving me, and I feel better afterwards. Yoga also helps me way more. So at least for me, the product was a waste, but I hope it works well for others!
