Overpriced and not well designed especially if you have chest hair because the necklace grabs and rips your hair, the necklace also has sharp points that poke your skin where it hangs. . and it comes with a course that says it has a reliefs wheel but the feelings wheel is nowhere to be found. Would be a good product if it was cheaper and solved these problems. The breathing idea actually does feel nice.
