The design is beautiful. It has really helped me with my anxiety and breathing techniques. It’s great for mindful meditation. I want to add to my collection for what activity I’m doing at the moment. I think it’s a beautiful jewelry piece and is versatile and discreet. I’m so happy I mad the purchase, worth the investment 🫶🏽
