It feels more like a novelty item than anything else. I've used it regularly since I got it. It's not as silent as the ads made it seem unless I actively breathe even slower than it limits you to. I even hear it whistle a bit - since day one. And I truthfully have not felt any less stressed or more relaxed since I started using it. It's just another piece of jewelry that's going to sit in a box and collect dust.
