I ordered two. One wasn't in stock and they never told me until I sent an email requesting information on my order. So I settled with a color supposed to be a blueish color, ended up getting green. The second one I ordered at the same time as the first one was metal with a metal chain. It broke off the chain within two weeks. One sounds quiet and one sounds like a whistle. Customer service was okay, not great but not horrendous either. They replaced broken one after going back and forth with me because I had no way to print return label. Said they couldn't mail me a return label. My overall opinion is I would not order from them again. It's overpriced, quality isn't there, and you'll have a headache getting it replaced. So no, not worth it in my opinion.
