In short I love it! It's well made and I do not typically wear necklaces so it was weird at first BUT also great advice to wear it as a reminder. I am up to five min each morning and evening before my meditations. My only issue which is minor is it shows every finger print and lip print so I tend to wash it with the kit twice a day. It's a game changer and I am looking forward to taking some courses once I make it a habit.
