Very well designed. High quality and durability. I wish there was a bit more of a "pull" (drag) but I realize that can be manipulated with the tip of your finger. I actually put it on my keychain because the necklace version isn't a great option for someone with a larger chest. It get's lost. HA. Other than that, I would reccommend this to anyone needing help with anxiety or even quitting a bad habit.
