The necklace tool helps me feel calm and comforted. If I didn't have this, I'd be very dependent on a nicotine replacement. I didn't want to create new negative compulsions from quitting smoking. This tool is giving me the healthy habit I needed for the long term. Idk how I'd be functioning well in my daily life while quitting without this new habit. Love it!!!
