I've purchased several Shifts for myself and friends. Komuso is definitely a company I believe in. I recommend Shifts to everyone. I used one while I was nursing my dying father and even just having it around my neck had a calming effect. A friend told me hers even resulted in better blood pressure readings at doctor's appointments. I've purchased original ones, sporty ones, and now I'm buying the silicone ones and handing them out to healthcare patients at my office who are particularly anxious in hopes they provide them some help.
