Entirely inadequate order fulfillment for an overpriced product from an appropriation name brand. Disappointed in myself for being a customer. More disappointed it took 3 calendar weeks to ship an in-stock product. Their support is contracted out externally, so email replies come at 1:30am PST. Just a drop-shipping business with good IG marketing. Who cares if it’s family owned if everything about the customer experience is poor?
