I originally purchased this when I decided to quit smoking cigarettes (after over 20 years of smoking regularly). While it does help with those cravings... I was surprised at how beautifully crafted it also is. I love wearing it as a necklace and having a tool right there, within reach, any time I need to zen out of wanting to buy a pack of smokes. Eventually, I hope for the cravings to go away... but either way, this will always be around my neck. Thanks!
