I didn't receive everything I paid for originally. Contacted customer service because i did not receive access details to the quit challenge. I contacted them again for the same reason. They gave me a code to enter at checkout because I had to go through the purchase steps again...but it totalled to $0 since I already paid for it. I paid $36 for 2 day shipping but everything did not come in 2 days. I've contacted customer service a total of 4 times...and I'm still here waiting to get access to the quit challenge. Hopefully, the response will come very soon. If not, ill just return them because they were specifically bought to go alongside the 30 day challenge....which i still currently dont have access to.
